As you may well be aware, this is a very special month for us indeed. On April 29^th Electric Deluxe turns four, and to mark the occasion Electric Deluxe Presents is off on tour!

On Friday 27^th we’ll be taking over the prestigious D! Club in Lausanne with Phil Kieran and resident Thierry Collado. Saturday 28^th EDP will bring a slice of Berghain to Brixton via Marcel Fengler, Dettmann and the Sandwell District team. And on Sunday 29^th we’ll be pulling out all the stops to deliver a birthday bonanza at our home in Melkweg. We’ve got newest recruit Hans Bouffmyhre and Giorgio Gigli billed. Plus another Berlin face off—this time between Mecca favourites Marcel Dettmann and Ben Klock—and a special marathon deck session from Mr EDLX himself.

Alongside the Weekender, Electric Deluxe have devised a retrospective compilation series to commemorate the label’s four-year anniversary.

Regulars Terence Fixmer, Brendon Moeller, Gary Beck and head Speedy J have selected four of their favourite tracks and tools from the EDLX catalogue, which will be released in weekly editions over the course of a month. As extra thanks, each artist’s comp will be coupled with an exclusive unreleased track or tool, which we’ll be giving away as a free download. More information on that shortly.
